  4. 2 teaspoon Coriander powder-
  5. 2 teaspoon Turmeric powder-
  6. 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  7. as needed Bayleaf, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and cardamom
  8. as needed Oil
  9. 1 cup Fresh cream
  10. as needed Butter
  11. as needed Paneer
  12. 4-5 Green chilli
  13. as needed Coriander leaves
  14. 6 to 7 Cashew
  15. 5 to 7 Garlic cloves
  16. 1" Ginger
  17. 1 tablespoon Garam masala-

Instructions to make to make Paneer Butter Masala

  1. Heat oil in a pan and after the oil is heated, add bayleaf, cinnamon stick, black pepper, cloves and cardamom (2-3 pieces of each)
  2. Boil the onions and tomato and make a fine paste of onion with 5-6 pieces of garlic and second paste of tomato along with ginger
  3. Now in the oil, add onion and garlic paste and cook until the paste is light brown
  4. As it turns light brown add the spices- coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt as per taste...mix the ingredients well and add the tomato and ginger paste..
  5. Now cover and cook until oil is seperated from the gravy!! Meanwhile make a fine paste of cream and cashews (dip cashews in milk for 30 minutes..for super fine paste)
  6. Now add butter along with cream and cashew paste and mix well
  7. Add chopped green chilli and coriander along with garam masala
  8. Add fried paneer and cook for 5-10 minutes...serve with phulka or biryani😃 Garnish with cream, chillis and coriander
